Who Am I?

A smiling man with a red knit beanie, a reddish beard, and light skin, dressed in a dark green insulated jacket outdoors in a snowy winter landscape.

Before I found filmmaking, I worked just about every job going — chef, barman, waiter, call centre guy, even a stint in a slaughterhouse. So when I say I love what I do now, I mean it. Telling stories through film has become a real passion of mine, and I feel incredibly fortunate to spend my days doing creative, meaningful work with all sorts of interesting people and businesses.

I’m a self-shooting director and editor with over a decade of experience in commercial, branded, and broadcast content. I’m based out of a fully equipped production studio in Edinburgh, but I shoot all over the UK and beyond. Whether I’m flying drones over the Highlands, shaping a narrative in the edit suite, or helping a brand find its visual voice, I bring care, capability, and a no-nonsense approach to every project. If you’ve got something in mind — big or small — I’d love to hear about it.
